Supermodel Adwoa Aboah appears on the cover of the December 2017 issue of British Vogue magazine, which hits magazine stands today.
“Speechless, overwhelmed and grateful” Aboah took to social media to express her excitement and appreciation on being a cover girl for the magazine. Thanking the new British Vogue Editor-in-chief Edward Enninful in an Instagram post, the British-Ghanaian model confessed “Never in a million years did I think that one day I’d be on the cover of @britishvogue even more so one that marks such a monumental change and a new beginning”. Considering that the issue is the first British Vogue magazine issue by Enninful, Aboah added “I’m so very proud of you, you deserve this. Thank you for choosing me to be your first cover girl”.
She went on to thank other professionals that made it all possible, including photographer Steven Miesel.
Congratulations to Adwoa Aboah and Edward Enninful on their first British Vogue Magazine cover!
